Owner FAQs
Answers to your frequently asked questions
-
Do I need to keep utilities on when a tenant moves in?
No. If you are not providing utilities, you can have the utilities turned off when a tenant moves in. -
What happens if keys are not surrendered at move-out?
The tenant is responsible for ensuring keys are returned. Please contact a property manager for specific information. -
Why do you perform inspections?
Inspections help us update the owner on the property's condition and allow tenants to report maintenance needs. It’s an essential part of protecting your investment. -
Who maintains the appliances in the property?
Most appliances are maintained by the owner, but please refer to the lease for specific details. -
What if repairs are needed and the tenant has unpaid rent?
Outstanding balances do not prevent us from completing essential repairs. Maintenance is handled based on the need, not rent status. -
What if a tenant doesn’t allow access for a scheduled repair?
If access is denied or missed, tenants may be charged a trip fee per the lease terms. -
What if a work order isn't being completed on time?
Please contact the Property Manager directly for assistance or resolution.
